Hear Cali and Jody and an All-Star Lineup of
Experts On Your iPod or While Driving Around Town

Before you listen to the call, take a quick peek at the celebrity panel of experts that you will hear on this recording.

Cali Ressler and Jody Thompson are the Founders of CultureRx and creators of the Results-Only Work Environment (ROWE). Their first book, WHY WORK SUCKS AND HOW TO FIX IT, will be released June 2008 by Portfolio, a Penguin imprint. They have been featured on the cover of BusinessWeek, as well as in the New York Times, TIME Magazine, HR Magazine cover story, and on 60 Minutes and National Public Radio. Ms. Ressler and Ms. Thompson are also nationally recognized keynote speakers and have presented to numerous Fortune 500 companies and prominent trade associations. Prior to founding CultureRx, they worked at Best Buy and led the corporate headquarters into a Results-Only Work Environment.

Dan Pink is the author of a trio of provocative books on the changing world of work.

His newest work is The Adventures of Johnny Bunko: The Last Career Guide You’ll Ever Need, the first business book for a western audience in the Japanese comic format known as manga. (In 2007, he won a Japan Society Media Fellowship that took him to Tokyo to study the manga industry.) Before that, he wrote A Whole New Mind: Why Right-Brainers Will Rule the Future, a long-running New York Times and BusinessWeek bestseller that has been translated into 16 languages. His first book was Free Agent Nation: The Future of Working For Yourself, which Publishers Weekly says “has become a cornerstone of employee-management relations.”

Dan's articles on business and technology appear in many publications, including the New York Times, Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, and Wired, where he is a contributing editor. He has provided analysis of business trends on CNN, CNBC, ABC, NPR, and other networks in the U.S. and abroad. He also lectures to corporations, associations, and universities around the world on economic transformation and the new workplace. A free agent himself, Dan held his last real job in the White House, where he served from 1995 to 1997 as chief speechwriter to Vice President Al Gore. He also worked as an aide to U.S. Labor Secretary Robert Reich and in other positions in politics and government.

After having a successful career in IT and business strategy, Jason Alba found himself in the job market, which was supposedly a "job seeker's market."

Jason quickly found that a job seeker's market does not mean the job search will be easy or short. Frustrated by the lack of real tools for job seekers, he decided to move forward on a tool that allowed a job seeker to manage and organize a job search.

As the months passed, and as Jason learned the importance of networking, he incorporated a major networking piece into JibberJobber. This has shifted its focus from a tool just to be used during one job search into a tool to be used to manage job transitions during your entire career.

So what is JibberJobber? Is it a job search tool? Is it a networking tool? It is more like a personal relationship manager that allows you to do everything you need to do to manage a job search and optimize your network relationships - for the duration of your career!

Scott Stratten realized there was something wrong with the working world when people could use Monday as a feeling.

Now his goal is to help people around the world into not letting the day of the week dictate their emotions. He helps show people how to like their jobs/lives today, so they can achieve greater things tomorrow.

An expert in Motivation, Work/Life Balance, Organizational Behavior and Human Resources, Scott has spoken internationally on a multitude of topics. His most famous topic is, “Work Your Life: Enjoy Life, Now”, which motivates audiences to stop complaining about the things they can’t control in life, and start getting the most out of the things they CAN control! It is the perfect session to kick off an event or motivate your meeting attendees. He is also an award-winning Human Resources faculty member in the School of Business at Sheridan College in Oakville, ON.

His Time movie has been viewed over 4,000,000 times since October 2003 in over 120 countries.

He recently appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, USA Today and his articles have been published all over the world in every format (Internet, Newsletter, Newspaper, Magazine) including writing a column in the Canadian HR Reporter.
