In order to make this workshop and event as affordable as possible, we’ve negotiated a special room rate of $99 per night for those of you traveling from outside Dallas. Directions and Airport Info:
Aloft Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Dallas – a quick trip from both airports that serve the Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex.
From Dallas Love Field – if you’re flying into Dallas on Southwest Airlines, Aloft Hotel is a 15-20 minute taxi ride (around $30). If Southwest Airlines is an option from your city, this is a great, easy way to get in and out of Dallas.
From D/FW International Airport – if you’re flying into Dallas on AA, Delta, Continental, or another airline, your trip from the airport to the hotel will be a 25-30 minute taxi ride (around $40-45). It’s a “straight shot” from D/FW into downtown, so you’ll be able to easily find the hotel if you choose to rent a car.
 Want to save a few dollars on the taxi ride? You can take the Super Shuttle from either Dallas Love or D/FW airport often for quite a bit less than the cost of a taxi. This is especially true if you’re flying into D/FW Airport, as a taxi can cost up to $45. You can check out their rates and availability here:
