Cancellation and Refund Policy
We’re confident that the Book Breakthrough Workshop will deliver exponentially more value than the price of a seat for the event.
So that we can plan ahead, order food, and make the necessary preparations to deliver the BEST event possible, we can offer the following cancellation and refund policy:
- If you cannot attend the workshop due to illness or unforeseen events, refunds are available any time before Friday, February 12. If you request a refund on or before that date, we can refund 100% of your ticket, less a $50 administrative fee to process the request.
- After February 12, we cannot offer a refund, BUT we will do our best to help you find a replacement for your seat! If that happens, we will gladly issue you a refund in the amount you paid for the ticket.
